Dan Goettsch, MBA, CSCS, USAW, is a consultant, entrepreneur, and performance coach with 20+ years of experience working with individuals, teams, and brands to optimize skills, build culture, and unlock their best work.
Field+Forge is developed from Dan’s deep background in team sports and high level competition, as former D-I athlete, elite personal trainer, and strength & conditioning coach in professional baseball.
His mission is to help young people discover their inherent capacity for strength, growth, and resilience on the path towards their highest goals.
